Wilson SEA - Chairman
Mr. Wilson Sea worked first as Assistant to the President, and then as President and Chairman of Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd. from 1997 to 2004. From 2004 to 2007, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kaifeng LanWei Highway Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Xi was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yubei (Xinxiang) Power Steering System Co., Ltd. from 2007 to 2011, and also served as a Director of Nanyang Pukang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. from 2008 to 2013. He then served as a Director of CFCG Fund Management Limited from 2012 to 2013. In 1986, Mr. Sea graduated from Henan University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and subsequently earned a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Economics from Fudan University in 1992 and 1995, respectively. Subsequently in 1995, he was appointed a professor of Henan University.
Mr. Sea is responsible for the CFCG's overall strategic planning, business integration and coordination, and supervision of the implementation and enforcement of management policies.
Mr. Tang Mingyang founded one of China's first enterprises engaged in the development and trading of mineral resources and served as its Chairman in the 1980s. In 1992, he was honored as one of the outstanding young entrepreneurs in both China and the Province of Sichuan. Mr. Tang has more than 30 years of experience, particularly in the fields of business management and capital operation. In 2016, he was appointed a visiting professor at Sichuan Winshare Vocational College, and currently is Chengdu Dazhou Chamber of Commerce in Chengdu and Honorary Founding Chairman of the Sichuan and Chongqing (H.K.) Association. In 1986, Mr. Tang graduated from Sichuan Daxian Finance and Trade School with a college degree.
Mr. Zhu Huanqiang is a qualified lawyer in the People’s Republic of China and has substantial experience in capital market. From 1997 to 2010, Mr. Zhu held various positions at the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), including Director of Inspection Division II of the Department of Intermediary Supervision of the CSRC and Deputy Director of Heilongjiang Regulatory Bureau of the CSRC. From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Zhu served as the Deputy General Manager of China Securities Finance Corporation Limited and a member of Committee of Communist Party of China of CSF.
Mr. Zhu obtained a Master’s degree in Law with a major in Civil Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and a Doctorate degree in Law with a major in Civil and Commercial Law from China University of Political Science and Law.
At CFCG, Mr. Zhu is responsible for developing and managing the education operation business and financial service business of the Group.
Mr. Zhao Zhijun worked in the General Office of the Special Commissioners' Offices (SCOs) in Zhengzhou for the China Securities Regulatory Commission from 1999 to 2002, and was General Manager of the Nanyang Office of Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd. from 2002 to 2005. In 2004, He graduated from the Central South University with an M. Phil. degree.
Mr. Zhao has extensive management experience in the automotive shock absorber industry, and is primarily responsible for the formulation of development strategies, making decisions on investment projects, and the supervision of the Group's overall operation.
Ms. Li Dan graduated from Chengdu University of Information Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2002, and in 2016 completed the Capital Market and Corporate Investment and Financing Decision-Making course at the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. From 1991 to 2014, Ms. Li worked at Bank of China Limited, and held various management positions in a number of Bank of China branch offices and provincial branch head offices where she accumulated a wealth of experience in financial management. Ms. Li is currently Chairwoman of Chengdu Zhongyingchuangyue Enterprise Group Limited, responsible for its daily management. She is skilled in communication and negotiation, project evaluation and capital operation, and has completed a number of mergers and acquisitions since she joined Chengdu Zhongyingchuangyue Enterprise Group Limited in 2015.
LI Hua - Non-Executive Director
From 2003 to 2015, Mr. Li worked at the Sichuan provincial branch of the Bank of China Limited. Since 2015, he has been Chairman of Sichuan Tong Wei Sheng Industrial Limited, in charge of its daily management. Mr. Li graduated from Sichuan University in 2003, with a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering, and is a qualified National Level 3 Counseling Psychologist.
Independent Non-Executive Director
CHEN Gang - Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Chen Gang graduated with a Bachelor of Finance at the Southwest University of Finance in 2009, and in 2013, obtained a graduate diploma in Law at the Chinese Communist Party School of the Sichuan Provincial Committee. From 1996 to 2014, Mr. Chen worked at Dazhou Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., as Financial Controller, General Manager of Capital Finance and was a Director of the Board, and a member of the Board's Risk Management Committee. In 2015, Mr. Chen joined Sichuan Yuanhenglong Industrial Co., Ltd., and currently serves as its Chairman and General Manager, in charge of its daily management and operations. Mr. Chen has worked more than 20 years in economic and financial areas, and is well-experienced in business management.
CHU Kin Wang, Peleus - Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Peleus Chu has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, auditing, accounting, and taxation. He has served as an executive director, non-executive director and held senior management positions in a number of companies listed on the HKEx Main Board and GEM. Having graduated from Hong Kong University with an MBA, he is a fellow member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a member of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
LI Zhiqiang - Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Li Zhiqiang served as a Legal Counsel of the General Office of the CPC Central Military Commission from 1994 and as an executive director and president of Shougang Holdings Limited from 2004. In 2006 and 2008, he was appointed a Director and Vice Chairman of Sino Life Insurance Co., Ltd., respectively. In 2006, he became the Chairman of China International Cultural Media Co., Ltd. In 2010, Mr. Li was also appointed Chairman and Party Secretary of Shougang Yili Steel Co., Ltd. In 2015, he garnered the "Confucianist Business Prize". Mr. Li earned his Ph.D. in Management from Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management, and is currently an associate of the World Academy of Productivity Science.
